Services
Duties:
Provide 1:1 behavioral training, and monitoring services consistent with each individual’s support plan,
habilitation plan or behavior support plan. Training consists of training skill acquisition of self help, daily living,
communication, social, leisure,  gross motor, fine motor, and basic academic skills, reduction of behaviors of
concern and the replacement of those behaviors with alternate behaviors.
•        Ensure the health and safety of the individual and others in the environment  
•        Supervise, train, and maintain 1:1 ratio with the individual during assigned hours
•        Record data
•        Implement the individual’s behavior program
•        Uphold the individual’s rights
•        Maintain confidentiality
•        Be a role model for caretakers so they may implement the program when the service is faded

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Certification as a Behavior Assistant, certification in state certified crisis prevention and intervention, high
school diploma or equivalent, First Aid certification, CPR certification, background screened, drug screened and
maintain a minimum of two years experience in the human services field.
